DELIVERY POLICY
The delivery time is 07 to 25 business days after the order is posted to the Post Office, according to the rules of the Brazilian Post Office delivery system.
Your order will be shipped soon after the payment confirmation and after its logistical processing.
RETURN POLICY
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after picking it up. The following conditions must be observed:
1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;
2. The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, as it was received;
3. The product must be returned with the provided tags (or protectors), manuals and all accompanying accessories.
Refund Methods:
The refund of paid amounts will occur according to the payment method used when placing the order.
In case of payment with credit card : The chargeback may occur within up to 15 (fifteen) business days or within up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices, this procedure is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used. After the chargeback procedure or proof, it is sent via email.
In case of payment with Bank Slip or PIX : The chargeback will occur directly to the buyer's bank account, for this it will be necessary to provide refund details via email with our support team.
Note : For refunds of purchases by Bank Slip or Pix or Chargeback, they will only be made directly to the buyer's account, accounts of relatives or third parties will not be accepted for security reasons to the customer.
