DELIVERY POLICY
The delivery time is 07 to 25 business days after the order is posted to the Post Office, according to the rules of the Brazilian post office delivery system.
Your order will be sent soon after the Payment Confirmation of the order and after its Logistic Processing.
RETURN POLICY
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after picking it up. The following conditions must be observed:
1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;
2. The product must be returned without any commitment of use or consumption, that is, in the way it was received;
3. The product must be returned with the labels (or protectors) provided, manuals and all accompanying accessories.
Forms of Restitution:
The refund of amounts paid will occur according to the payment method used when placing the order.
In the case of payment by credit card : The chargeback may occur within up to 15 (fifteen) business days or within up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices, this procedure is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used. After the chargeback procedure or proof is sent via email.
In the case of payment by Bank Slip or PIX : The chargeback will occur directly to the buyer's bank account, for this it will be necessary to inform data for reimbursement via email with our support team.
Note : For refunds of purchases on Boleto or Pix or Chargeback will only be made directly to the buyer's account, accounts of relatives or third parties will not be accepted for security reasons to the customer.
