DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery time is 07 to 25 business days after the order is posted with the Post Office, according to the rules of the Brazilian Post Office delivery system.
Your order will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation and after its logistical processing.
RETURN POLICY
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after picking it up. The following conditions must be observed:
1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;
2. The product must be returned without any commitment to use or consumption, that is, as it was received;
3. The product must be returned with the labels (or protectors) provided, manuals, and all accompanying accessories.
Refund Methods:
The refund of paid amounts will occur according to the payment method used when placing the order.
In the case of credit card payment: The chargeback may occur within 15 (fifteen) business days or within 02 (two) subsequent invoices. This procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator used. After the chargeback procedure or proof is forwarded via email.
In the case of payment by Bank Slip or PIX: The refund will occur directly to the buyer's bank account; for this, it will be necessary to provide refund details via email to our support team.
Note: Refunds for purchases via Bank Slip or Pix or Chargeback will only be made directly to the buyer's account; accounts of relatives or third parties will not be accepted for customer security reasons.
